Hon Tiamy in a message released and signed in Ibadan by his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Mr Sanusi Abdullahi Oyelekan on Thursday Morning.
According to the statement, "The occasion of International Workers Day is always a veritable moment to remind ourselves about the immense contributions of the labour force to the growth of Nations and civilizations, including ours.
It is also an opportune moment of introspection on the timeless values of hard work, the dignity of labour; and the need for adequate attention to the rights and welfare of our workers by the government and all relevant stakeholders." Tiamy said.
