The Special Adviser to Oyo state Governor, Honourable Oloye Suraj Abiodun Tiamy has joined the entire world leaders to mourn the passage of a renowned Islamic scholar, Sheikh Muydeen Ajani Bello, according to Hon Tiamy, the able scholar was going to be greatly missed by all.

The condolence message was released by his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Sanusi Abdullahi Oyelekan in Ibadan on Friday afternoon.

Honourable Tiamy quoting William Shakespeare with heavy heart who wrote “When beggars die there are no comets seen; The heavens themselves blaze forth the death of princes”, those immortal words to grieve moments like this when men, women and children are gathered to weep the eternal transition of important personality like Sheikh Muydeen.

According to the Special Adviser to Gov Makinde on Education Intervention,  "Sheikh was one of Our dearly beloved fathers whose earthly sojourn was to the glory of Allah and the blessing of humanity.

"Like all who had the great fortune of his acquaintance, I felt a sense of personal loss of a great servant of Allah and devout Muslim leader when I received the news of the death of our highly revered Sheikh Muideen Bello.

"His death came as a shock to me like to others and the vacuum his departure will create remains a huge loss to the government and people of South West and Nigeria as a whole, particularly the Muslim communities. He has indeed left behind a shoe too big for others to wear.

"But with total submission to the will of the Almighty Allah, I pray that He grants his soul Al-Jannah Firdaus and give his loving family and loved ones, especially the Muslim ummah the fortitude to bear the great loss.

"He will be sorely missed because his wisdom and sound doctrines on religious matters have impacted on the propagation of Islam and moral rebirth among the adherents since I grew to know him.

"And I’m confident that the sublimity of his earthly sojourn, his affectionate love for mankind, his patriotic zeal and service to his fatherland, dedication to Allah and his quintessential lifestyle would grant him joyful welcome into Al-Jannah.

"He has fought a good fight for humanity; he has finished his course and has kept faith with Allah’s injunctions and so, he deserves eternal rest fit for pious worshipers and preachers of his status.

"His legacies of philanthropy, orderly behaviour, respect for due process, respect for fellow human beings, culture of tolerance, contentment, discipline and ability to live above board will surely outlive him", Tiamy said.

Honourable Tiamy however advised those still living (himself inclusive) to draw inspirations and be guided daily in lives by these legacies and commitment to the will of Allah, the love of our neighbors, as well as sincerest services to humanity.
